Information we process

Room data - Screen IDs, queued song metadata (YouTube id, title, thumbnail), optional guest display names, and activity timestamps so idle rooms can be cleaned up.
Contact form - name, email, message, and basic anti-spam checks when you submit the form.
Admin accounts - hashed passwords for people who manage site settings.
Analytics - if Google Analytics or Tag Manager is enabled in site settings, those services may collect standard usage data under Google’s terms.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies for signed-in admin sessions. The browser may also store small flags (for example install prompts or whether a first-visit notice was dismissed). Karaoke guests do not need an account.

Third parties

YouTube provides video search/playback. Advertising partners (such as Google AdSense or other networks you configure) may set cookies and collect data according to their policies when ads are shown on content pages. We aim not to place Google ads on thin app screens (karaoke screen and remote UI).

Your choices

You can use remotes without entering a name. Contact messages are optional. You may clear site data in your browser to remove local flags such as “popup seen” or install prompts.
